An element refers to a data point that can be incorporated into the agent's desktop, tailored to match the agent's permissions and accessibility. Each element included in the designer desktop is accompanied by its unique set of properties. Based on the agent type, the accessibility of particular elements can be configured through the Properties tab to match the agent's privileges.
The elements in the Designer desktop are classified in groups. For example, all contact-related elements are added in the Contacts section. For more information on the description of these elements, see Element Descriptions.
