Managing the Components for the Elements

You can change the configuration of elements appearing on a page. You can add, remove, or update the configuration using the Highlight Screen button.

To define/manage the properties of an element:

1. Select the header of the element whose properties you want to define or manage.
   The Properties tab is enabled.

2. Click the Properties tab.
   
   
   

   

   When you select the element tab you want to modify, the component's name is changed to the element title.

3. In the Properties subtab, click the Highlight Screen button.
   The Screen Configuration for Highlight Component appears.
   

4. Move the components from the left to the right pane using the arrow buttons.
   
5. Hold and drag the component to rearrange as required.
   
   
6. Double-click the component and rename it.
   
   
7. You can preview the changes in the Preview accordion section. To view the changes, click on the sign in the Preview section.
   The Preview section appears with the updated changes.
   
   
8. Click Save.
   The components in the Highlight tab are updated.

2. Agent Desktop pages are the windows that appear on an Agent Desktop. You can define which sections (elements) you want to display on the pages, how you want to display the data points. You can add or remove the data points.
