Once you log in to PBX, the Dashboard comprising various widgets is displayed. These widgets are designed to facilitate real-time system performance monitoring, providing a convenient means to access specific PBX features with a simple click. The Dashboard offers a comprehensive view of historical and real-time data for the listed components.

Users

Users added to the LiveVox Portal (LVP) are listed in the Users window. Modify the user information from the PBX Users window. See Users.

 

Numbers

Add any number that you own from the Numbers window. The Numbers window also allows you to purchase a new number for use. See Numbers.

 

DevicesAdd a new device or configure an existing device from the Devices window. See Devices.

 

Sites

Access Sites to create a new site, add users/devices, and monitor or filter the call detail records based on the site. See Sites

 

System Status

The System Status panel displays the working status of PBX, Carriers, and Reporting systems. A green check indicates that the system is working fine.

 

Users

Registered

Register a new device from the Registered window with details such as device name, device type, Mac address, and firmware details.

 

Unregistered

Unregister/discontinue a registered device using the Unregistered window.
