The users added within LiveVox Portal (LVP) are available in LiveVox PBX. It is not possible to add users in PBX. You can only edit the user-related information using the Users window.
To access the Users window, navigate to Accounts > Users from PBX Admin Portal. The Users screen lists the details of all the users currently in the system.
Click Download to save the user database on your local computer in .csv format.
