Password Expiration

Your password may expire after a set amount of days.

• When your password has expired you are prompted to enter a new password.

  

  When entering the new password, you have restrictions that are dependent upon the set password strength by the manager. The options are:

  • Medium:  Agent passwords must be a minimum of eight characters in length containing at least one digit and one letter.
  • Strong: Agent passwords must be a minimum of eight characters in length containing at least one digit, one letter, and one special character.
  • Very Strong: Agent passwords must be a minimum of 12 characters in length containing at least one digit, one letter, and one special character.
• Once you have submitted a new password you will receive a message if your password has been successfully changed.
