You are able to change your password from the Agent Desktop.
To change your password:

  1. select the Change Password option from the top-right drop-down menu in the Agent Desktop.
  2. You will be prompted to enter the existing password, as well as a new one.
  3. After specifying a new password and retyping it, click Submit. Your new password will become effective immediately.

You also may be required to change your password when you sign in for the first time, or your password has been changed by your manager. In this case you will be prompted to the Change Password screen as soon as you attempt to sign in.

When entering the new password, you have restrictions that are dependent upon the set password strength by the manager. The options are:

  • Medium:  Agent passwords must be a minimum of eight characters in length containing at least one digit and one letter.
  • Strong: Agent passwords must be a minimum of eight characters in length containing at least one digit, one letter, and one special character.
  • Very Strong: Agent passwords must be a minimum of 12 characters in length containing at least one digit, one letter, and one special character.

For example, if the password strength is medium, then you must enter a password of eight characters. If the new password length is less than eight characters, the error appears stating, "Password must be at least 8 characters long".

  • The password must be different than the last four passwords for that agent credential.
  • Check with your manager if you are not sure of your password strength settings or have questions about changing your password.
