Monitoring Widgets

At the Enterprise and Call Center levels, depending on the GUI settings, the following widgets appear:

• Agent Averages Widget (appears only for an outbound service)

• Agent Book Widget (appears only for an outbound service)

• Agents Widget

• Campaign Control Widget (does not appear for an inbound service)

• Hold Queue Widget
• Metrics Widget

• Monitor Widget

  

  At the Call Center level, the title of the Monitor widget is Call Center, by default. You can modify the titles of the widgets through the GUI Settings.

At the Service Group level, the following widgets appear:

• Agents Widget
• Campaign Control Widget

• Monitor Widget

  

  At the Service Group level, the title of the Monitor widget is Service Group.

At the Service level, depending on the GUI settings, the following widgets appear:

• Activity Widget

• Agent Averages Widget (appears only for an outbound service)

• Agent Book Widget (appears only for an outbound service)

• Agents Widget

• Campaign Control Widget (does not appear for an inbound service)

  In terms of statistics, the Service Monitor widget is similar to the Monitor widget of the enterprise level (or the Call Center widget of the Call Center level).
