Starting with the Fall 2023 release, LiveVox is ending or changing support for the following: 

  • For U17 and later versions, support for Internet Explorer 11 has been discontinued.
  • Support for Voicemail (VM) 1.0 is ending. You must migrate to Voicemail 2.0 before you upgrade to Fall 23. For assistance with the migration or upgrade, contact the LiveVox Customer Care Team.
  • The legacy Do Not Call (DNC) feature does not support the E.164 international phone number format.
  • Support has been discontinued for the Agent Desktop Native (ADN) application version 7.6.1 and previous versions.
  • Support for an unlimited number of Contact Manager records is ending. For more information, see the Contacts section.
