To sign out, select Sign Out on the top-right drop-down menu of the Agent Desktop screen.

You should not close the browser by using the close button in the upper right of the browser window until you have signed out.

Agent Sign Out by Supervisor

Your supervisor can sign you out from the Agent Desktop. 

You can see a message from your supervisor as you are being signed out or you can only see who signed you off.

Your Supervisor will not be able to sign you out while you are in "In Call" or "Hold" status.

Once you are signed out, you will be taken back to the Sign In screen.

Agent Sign Out due to Inactivity

If you are logged into the Agent Desktop via persistent, PSTN-based audio path, you will be disconnected after 10 minutes of being in "Not Ready" status.  You will not be signed out but will be presented with the option to re-establish your audio path or sign out of the Agent Desktop. This feature does not apply to agents logged in via a VoIP audio path. 

The following message appears indicating that you have been disconnected due to inactivity:

You can re-establish the audio pathway using the Reconnect button or sign out.
