The Agent Desktop allows you to move from one service to another without having to sign out or re-establish the audio path. You may change between the services you have permission to access as configured by your manager.

To switch from one service to another:

  1. Select Change Service from the top-right drop-down menu on the Agent Desktop.

  2. Select the desired service to sign into. The following confirmation box appears.

    You can select the service from the list of available services. The list contains services to which you have access.

In some scenarios you may have to re-establish audio path to switch from one service to another. In this case, follow the instructions on the Agent Desktop to re-establish the audio path.
