You may use the "Ready"/"Not Ready" dropdown menu in the Agent Desktop when going to or returning from breaks. LiveVox provides six reasons, or break codes, for the "Not Ready" status. When you go into "Not Ready" status, you are prompted to select one of the following options (if enabled):
Break
Lunch
Meeting
Other
Tech Difficulties
Training
While in "Not Ready" status, you may toggle between different break codes without having to go into "Ready" status.
You may also see your status from the Agent Desktop. In the following example, the agent is in "Not Ready" status with "Meeting" selected as break code.
You may select the specific "Not Ready" break code to go into from the termination code list upon finishing a call.
