To access Attempt Supervisor, log in to the LiveVox Portal (LVP),  select Configure > ContactsAttempt Supervisor.

The Attempt Supervisor section contains the following tabs:

  • Rules: Create, modify, view, copy, delete, and export rules. See the Rules section for information about rules.
  • Exclusions: Exclude accounts and phone numbers from being blocked even if they are blocked by the Attempt Supervisor rules. See the Exclusions tab section for additional information.
  • Contact Attempts: Search all the contact attempts for an account, phone number, clients, or specific date. See the Contact Attempts Tab section for additional information.
  • Rule Contact Counts: Search the number of contact attempts that have been made, and how many attempts are remaining for a specific account, a specific phone number, or an account-phone combination per specific rules. See the Rule Contact Counts Tab section for additional information.
  • DND (Do Not Dial): Search for all the active and expired call blocks. See the Do Not Dial (DND) Tab section for additional information.
  • Auditor: View the changes made to rules, including the creation and deletion of rules. See the Auditor Tab section for additional information.
