The Credit Card Basic widget allows you to configure message prompts and card types so an agent can guide the customer through the payment information-gathering process by relaying the required instructions directly to the customer. For information about how to add the widget, see the Agent Desktop: Extended Panel Tab section.
The following table describes the fields you must configure in the Add Credit Card - Basic window.

Window Title
Enter the widget name.
Enabled
Click the checkbox to enable the widget on the extended panel of the agent desktop.
Credit Card Text
Enter the message prompt for the credit card number.
Expiry Text
Enter the message prompt for the credit card expiration date.
Security Text
Enter the message prompt for the security code.
