You can set contact timing to prioritize campaign contact within the prime time for a particular time zone and create a new contact timing strategy. You can define strategies, such as prioritized, restricted, or curfew only:
If the Prioritized Dialing strategy is configured for a service, all phone numbers that meet the prime time calling hours are dialed first.
If the Restricted Dialing strategy is configured for a service, only phone numbers that meet the prime time calling hours are dialed. Using this strategy ensures that each attempt is made during the defined primetime hours. When there are no phone numbers left in a file that fall within the defined prime time hours, no calls will go out until another defined prime time window begins. Non-prime time accounts are restricted from dialing.
The default dialing prioritization strategy is the Curfew Only Strategy. The Curfew only strategy uses the "follow the sun" method, where you can dial from the East to the West within the allowable calling hours.
