The Check Basic widget allows you to configure message prompts so agents can guide the customer through the payment information-gathering process by relaying the required instructions directly to the customer. For information about how to add the widget, see the Agent Desktop: Extended Panel Tab section.

 The following table describes the fields you must configure in the Add Check - Basic window.

Description

Window TitleEnter the widget name.

Enabled

Click the checkbox to enable the widget on the extended panel of the agent desktop

Check Routing Text

Enter the message prompt for the routing number. 

Check Account Text

Enter the message prompt for the account number.

OK

Click OK to save the changes.

Cancel

Click Cancel to discard the changes.
