LiveVox’s File Processing Report provides information about a manual upload of files, such as subfolder name, extension, file count, and size. The report also contains the number of files that are In Progress, which were Skipped, and which were not uploaded due to errors.

To access the File Processing Report, navigate to WFO > Conversation Reporting > File Processing Report.

The Process Logs window displays the logs for the selected filter criteria.

Click to select a Date Range. Select other filter options as required.

Note

Process Logs are displayed for up to a week. In the Date Range field, select a date range for up to a week.

Viewing Detailed Logs

To view information about the upload:

  1. Click the value (highlighted in blue) under the Complete, In Progress, Skipped, or Error columns. 

  2. The File Extension window is displayed with additional information, such as Filename, Parent Filename, Status, Uploaded Date, Created Date, and Actions.




    • Use to filter the results further.

    • Click to download the respective file.
  3. Click to view the Error Log. The Error Detail screen is displayed with all the details.
  4. Click to see the File Status in the form of a chart. 

    Click again to close the chart view.

  5. Under the Actions column, click to reprocess the log for the file. A Warning screen is displayed.
     
    Select items that you want to reprocess. Choose between Re-score Interaction, Reprocess Transcript, and Update Metadata. Click Yes.
