Adding Agent Teams

To add Agent Teams:

1. Click  from the bottom right. The New Agent Team window is displayed.
   
   
2. Add Name and Description.
   
3. Map the agent team by using Agent Mapping or Service Mapping as required. For more information, see the Mapping Agent Teams section. 
4. Click Save.
