To copy an agent phonebook:
- Select the agent phonebook from Agent Phonebook dropdown.
- Click Copy Agent Phonebook and you will be prompted to enter the name in Name field for the new agent phonebook.
- Click OK to proceed or Cancel to discard the changes.
- If OK is selected, the "Agent Phonebook Copied" message will appear and the agent phonebook will be copied.
