To copy an agent phonebook:

Select the agent phonebook from Agent Phonebook dropdown.
Click Copy Agent Phonebook and you will be prompted to enter the name in Name field for the new agent phonebook.

Click OK to proceed or Cancel to discard the changes.
If OK is selected, the "Agent Phonebook Copied" message will appear and the agent phonebook will be copied.
