.Copying Agent Phonebook vU11

To copy an agent phonebook:

1. Select the agent phonebook from the Agent Phonebook drop-down list.
2. Click Copy Agent Phonebook and you will be prompted to enter the name in the Name field for the new agent phonebook.
   
3. Click OK to proceed or Cancel to discard the changes.
4. If OK is selected, the "Agent Phonebook Copied" message appears and the agent phonebook will be copied.
