The Script tab consists of Data, Javascript, and Report Config subtabs. You can perform the following tasks in the Script area:
- Define new data, set parameters for the data, or import the data from the LiveVox platforms.
- Write Java code using the functions present in the Functional Library.
- Define mappings for the data and retrieve the information from the database.
- View the changes made to the script
