The Javascript in the Script section functions exactly as the Javascript in the page section. You can control the code for the script under the script section whereas by using the Javascript tab in the Page section, the code is written for the page. You can add code to the script to add logic to the flow. If you want the script procedure to include instructions that cannot be controlled using the options present in the Script window, then you can manually edit the code in the source code area.
