The Script tab consists of Data, Javascript, and Report Config subtabs. You can perform the following tasks in the Script area:

• Define new data, set parameters for the data, or import the data from the LiveVox platforms. 
• Write Java code using the functions present in the Functional Library.
• Define mappings for the data and retrieve the information from the database.
• View the changes made to the script
