Custom Fields in a User Profile

You can add a maximum of 20 custom fields in the User Entity profile from the Configure > System > Fields tab.

The custom fields appear in the Details tab of Configure > System > User. Custom fields are available for all user roles.

This feature is available starting with LiveVox U17.

Search Filters

 The filter option to search an entity is available from the following editors:

  • Agent desktop
  • Agent skill
  • Agent teams
  • Call Center
  • Jobs
  • Segmentation
  • Strategy
  • Quick Responsebook
