The Customer Card functionality on the agent panel improves agent efficiency and streamlines customer interactions. The following features are available:
Access a consolidated view of customer details, including contact information, account status, and preferences, all in one place.
View a complete log of all interactions of the customer, including voice calls, chats, and emails. You can also update and re-associate historical interactions with the correct Contact ID, when needed.
The Notes section displays the three most recent interactions with the customer, providing quick context for ongoing support.
Distinct Ringtone for Second Line Call Alerts
If you are in a call and receive another incoming call (direct line or extension), a different ring tone is used to notify you that you have another call. You will hear a double beep, which is less intrusive.
Email
You can now edit the From Address when sending templated emails to customers. The From address property is enabled or disabled in the email window, depending on the configuration.
