The Session Timeout feature has been enhanced so that it works across all tabs in your SmartReach portal session. if you have multiple tabs open, and you are working in one tab, the session remains active for all the tabs. If all the tabs are inactive, the session ends after it reaches the time duration set in theInactivity Timeoutparameters.
You can configure the Inactivity Timeout parameters on the administrative portal from the Client > Security > Session Timeout section.
