You can configure Facebook Messenger in the LiveVox Portal (LVP) as one of the channels of communication with your customers.This is for one-to-one (direct) messaging between you and your customers.
Your customers can initiate a conversation by going to your business's Facebook page and sending a direct message.Your agents can see messages from customers within the LiveVox agent desktop and reply to the messages.
When creating an agent, you can assign the Facebook Messenger channel to that agent. You create agents from Configure > Agents > Agents.
