Contact Lookup

The Lookup module now provides a multiple lookup functionality. You can search based on the primary key (phone) and another variable (such as ZIP code). Also, the Lookup module search speed has been improved. The search provides faster results regardless of the number of records in Contact Manager.

Credit Card Support

MasterCard has started issuing valid credit cards with a Bank Identification Number (BIN) range of 222100-272099 (16-digits), which includes support for Private Label Credit Cards. You can use this BIN range for all payment methods within the Contact Flow Editor (IVR) and Agent Desktop Secure Payment Capture widgets.

Filter

You can use the new filter messages option to filter from a large number of contact flows in the Contact Flow window. You can filter the contact flows based on the message name or description.

Post-Call Processing Flow

The post-call processing functionality captures events that occur after a call is disconnected. You can use this functionality in conjunction with the End Call module from the originating contact flow and continue to do post-call processing through another Message ID that contains an HTTP module. The subsequent functions, such as sending call results to a third-party system or updating an external Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system with customer information are then performed based on these post-call processing tasks.

You add contact flows from Configure > Messaging > Contact Flow.
