Custom Columns

Agent custom columns are now available from the Analytics tab. You can use these custom columns while generating a dashboard, such as an Agent Productivity dashboard.

You can add the custom columns from the Analytics tab > Add Dashboards option on the LiveVox Portal (LVP).
