The Script Panel section enables you to guide your conversation with your customers by reading to them the instructions that appear in the section. Based on specific actions, this section enables you to navigate through the different windows.
This feature must be enabled by your manager.
The scripts that appear in the Script Panel section depend on the configuration by your manager.
Depending on the configuration, a script can provide you with options such as the following:
If Yes, Next:Proceeds to the next page of the script.
If No, End this:Ends the conversation.
You can initiate a script without being on a call.
You can update and save the contact details by using the Script Panel section, any time as well as during a call.
