The Contact Directory section enables you to view the phone numbers and email addresses associated with a contact. 

  • You can add a phone number and email address by using the pencil icon add icon in the Contact List window.
  • You can block contact attempts, and provide consent for calls and SMSes by selecting the checkboxes.
  • You can add up to 10 phone numbers for each account.

This feature must be enabled by your manager.
