This section describes the integrations feature of the SmartReach. You can integrate Contact Center for Salesforce and also integrate your Agent Desktop using an IFrame.  The Contact Center for Salesforce application is an integration between SmartReach's contact center platform and Salesforce. IFrame is a technique used to embed one web page within another web page. This allows you to integrate web pages from different sources, such as a web application or webpage, within the context of another webpage.
