Connectivity Requirements

This section describes the network ports, protocols, and services required to successfully implement the SmartReach products. Administrators and support professionals can use this section as a roadmap to determine which ports and protocols are required for network connectivity in a segmented network.

Supported Browsers

You can access the SmartReach portal using the latest version of any of the following browsers:

• Firefox (latest version)
• Google Chrome (latest version)
• Internet Explorer 11
• Microsoft Edge (latest version)
• Safari 9+

Permitted Websites

As part of the network requirement, you must permit traffic to and from the following websites:

• *.livevox.com
• googleapis.com (to download stylesheets on the SmartReach portal)
• *pendo.io (to share usage statistics with SmartReach and display notifications on the SmartReach portal)
• fonts-gstatic.com
