You can map one service to one or more service groups or one or more service groups to one service. You can map the services that contribute to the outbound or inbound services in two ways- either by service group or by service.
Mapping by Service
To add a new service to service groups:
Go to the Configure > Services > Services Group > Mapping by Servicetab.
Select the required service from the Service drop-down list.
Add single or multiple service groups; Click the item or items in the Available Groups column to move them to the Assigned Groups column. Click Assign All to move all the items to Assigned Groups. Click Remove All to move all the items back to Available Groups.
Click Save.
Mapping by Service Group
To add many services to a single service group:
Go to the Configure > Services > Services Group > General tab.
Double-click a service group's name to edit its settings. The Service Group pop-up appears.
From the General tab, add single or multiple services; Click the service or multiple services from the Available service(s) column to transfer the service to the Assigned service(s) column. Click Assign All to move all the items to the Assigned column. Click Remove All to move all the items back to the Available column.
