Navigate through the reports by selecting Review from the Navigation Panel. A list of available reports will be displayed in the Navigation Panel.

The categories are:

  • Inbound Reports – Provides key performance indicators on inbound call management.
  • Campaign Reports – Give aggregate-level statistics for services and campaigns along with look-up features for particular accounts or numbers.
  • Call Reports – Provide information on all accounts dialed over a selected data range.
  • Agent Reports – Provide agent level data.
  • Billing Reports – Provide breakdown of usage charges for various time periods for different features of LVP.
  • Analytics – Provide in-depth information on the contact patterns of consumer campaigns.

The LiveVox Reports contain a context-sensitive help link which defines key report metrics. To go the context-sensitive help, click the Help icon ().

The report is displayed below the criteria when generating a report. The criteria are saved, so you can easily alter the criteria and re-run.
