Use this module to trigger an email by voice or campaign.
The email module includes an unsubscribe link and has an enhanced Email Editor that allows you to add HTML content to the email template that can be used in campaigns or by agents to send emails to customers.

| Email Subject | (mandatory) Enter the email subject displayed to the recipient. |
| Email Message | Double-click this field to open the Email Editor that allows you to create the email message content using HTML, import custom or predefined email templates in Rich Text or HTML, and save them as Cloud objects. You can also send and receive emails with rich HTML content up to 2 MB in size. Using the Email Editor: - Use the layout and properties options to design your email template.
- Alternatively, click the Import icon to open the Import Template window. Paste the HTML/CSS code for your email template in the designated space and click Import.
- After you finish editing the email template, click Ok.

| Add Unsubscribe Link | (default true) Adds an unsubscribe link to the email message content which allows recipients of both mass and transactional emails to unsubscribe from the email distribution list. |
| Files to be Attached | Allows users to upload files and images. Images uploaded can be embedded in the email message content. |
| Email body cloud file location | Automatically displays a unique identifier (UID) generated by the Recording API after you create and save an email template. |
