You can create a new user only if you are a sysadmin or superuser.
To create a new user:
In the User window, click New.
In the User pop-up window, enter the basic user details such as user name, first and last names, password, email address, etc. The user ID is automatically populated once you save the details and create the user.
Username and password are case-sensitive. With the password management functionality enabled, the following also applies:
User passwords must be a minimum of 8 characters, containing at least 1 digit and different than the last 4 passwords for that user.
User passwords expire after a specified period of time, defaulting at 90 days.
If a user enters an invalid password in excess of the site's configured limit, the user will be locked out.
The username cannot exceed 40 characters.
Required fields are denoted with a red asterisk.
From the Role drop-down list, select an appropriate role for the user. For example, you can select Superuser or Manager.

In the Optional Powers tab, enable the optional powers for users by selecting the required checkboxes.

Click Save. The new user details appear in the table in the User window.
In the Services column, double-click the note icon () to assign the services or call centers to the new user. Click OKwhen all required services are selected.
In the Userswindow, click Save to save the new user. A confirmation message appears.
Uploading a Profile Picture
A default profile picture is available for each created user.
To update the profile picture:
In the User window, double-click the user row.
Click the profile picture placeholder.
You can either upload the image by clicking Upload a file or select the profile picture from the available avatars. When you upload the profile picture file, you can use the Zoom option to zoom in on the profile picture.
Click Save.
Changing Password
To change the user password:
In the User window, double-click the user row.
Click the Change Password link below the profile picture.
Enter and confirm the new password.
Click OK.
If you are a superuser or manager, you can change the password of other users by clicking Force Password Change.
