LiveVox PBX allows you to create and manage custom waiting messages or announcements for use in:

  • Music On Hold (MOH) callfow components
  • IVR menus
  • Voicemail boxes

Add a recording

  1. Navigate to Phone System Recording and click Add Recording. The Add Recording screen opens.
  2. Click Browse to select a .wav file from your local computer.
  3. Add a description for the file.
  4. Click Save Recording to upload the audio file and return to the Recordings screen.
    The audio file now appears in the Recording screen table.

Edit or delete a recording

  1. Click the required row in the table on the Recordings screen.
    The Edit Recording screen appears with the audio file ready for playback. 
  2. Edit the description if required.

    Click to delete the audio file. In the confirmation popup window, click Yes, Delete!

    On deletion, the page redirects to the Recordings screen.

    Save RecordingClick to save your edits and return to the Recordings screen.
