Use this module in an outbound or inbound contact flow to configure and play an audible menu that allows customers to use key press options: 0-9 and *. Use connectors to configure the key press outcomes.

Menu Prompt Phrase | Prompt to be played back for menu options. You can edit a phrase by double-clicking the text field to access the Phrase editor. (The default message is 'If you are calling in regards to your account Please press one now. Otherwise, Please press two now.') |
Menu Invalid Phrase | Prompt to be played when the customer enters an invalid key press. |
Menu No Input Phrase | Prompt to be played if the customer does not enter any data. |
Menu Max Retries | Maximum times the menu is replayed. |

Bargein | Yes (default) indicates that the customer can press a key when a message is playing. No indicates that pressing a key when a message is playing will not stop the message. |
The Menu module waits for a key press event for 3 seconds. If the customer chooses a menu option within 3 seconds, the call moves to the appropriate key press connector, else the customer hears silence for 3 seconds before the contact flow moves to the No Input connector event.
