This optional feature facilitates the process of adding data to the DNC list. If configured, this feature automatically adds phone numbers to the DNC list when agents select specific termination codes. You can configure the process to enter an expiration date. You can set this up on a termination code level.



  • Customers can specify whether the phone, account number, or both need to be added to the DNC as well as which disposition codes contribute. Contact customercare@livevox.com for more information.
    • If only account number is specified, it can be added to the DND list (client level only) for a dial time vs. build time check.
