The Export Format editor enables you to define CSV export formats which helps you include certain data when exporting. You can use these formats in different editors to export data. Currently, LiveVox supports these formats from the Agent editor, Contact editor, and Report Writer.
Modifying a format that is in use (manually or by automated jobs) affects the appearance of the data in the CSV file. Instead, create a copy of the format to test it before implementation.
