You must ensure that you have permission to view or modify scripts using the Designer tool.

The script is part of the Contact Center CRM functionality, to use the Contact Center CRM functionality, you should have the Designer option enabled in the Billing tab.  For more information on Billing details, see Billing Tab

Access Levels

The following access levels are available for Script:

  • Full: Enables you to view, create, modify, and maintain scripts; assign scripts to services; and report script results.
  • Read: Enables you to review a script.
  • Assign: Enables you to assign a script to a service.
  • Report: Enables you to create and review the reports for the scripts.
  • None: Removes access to your client code.
