This module causes the remaining IVR to play in an alternate language with a valid key-stroke (and can loop back to the beginning); invalid key-stroke or no input plays the remaining IVR in the default language.

  • You can configure the default and alternate languages.
  • The module is used for an outbound or inbound contact flow.

Alt Language Main Prompt Phrase Prompt to be played back for alternative language selection. To edit the default message, double-click the text field to access the Phrase editor. 
Default Language Default language selected for the contact flow. The voice talents that appear in the menu here are configured in Services > Client > Voice Pool. 
Alternative Language The alternative language selected for the contact flow.

Yes (default) indicates that the customer can press a key when a message is playing.

No indicates that pressing a key when a message is playing will not stop the message.
