To log in to LV PBX: 

  1. Log in to the LiveVox portal.
  2. Click the Livevox icon
    The PBX option appears along with the other available options. 

    • To use the LiveVox PBX functionality, you should have the PBX option enabled in the Billing tab. To purchase PBX functionality, contact the Livevox Support Team. For more information on Billing details, see Billing Tab.
    • You can use the LVP credentials to log in to the PBX application. You do not need a separate login credentials.



  3. Click on the PBX icon .
    A new tab LiveVox PBX Admin Portal opens.
