In the LVP, a phrase is a description of the verbiage used along with its corresponding audio file and organized into various categories. You must create a phrase before you can upload its audio file or generate Text-To-Speech (TTS) files.
Use the Phrases editor to search for existing phrases, or create and upload your own. You can even combine phrases together to get the desired message for an IVR system or answering machine.
