You can access the LiveVox Portal (LVP) from the following mobile devices:

  • Android 5.1+
  • iPhone 6+
  • iPad 3+
  • Surface 2+

Before you access LVP on a mobile device, ensure that an email address is assigned to your LVP account.

To access LVP Mobile:

  1. On the LiveVox Portal, in the upper-right corner, click the LiveVox icon , and then Portal Mobile.
    The Portal Mobile Promo window appears.
  2. Click TRY NOW.
    An invitation email is sent to the email address assigned to your LVP account.
  3. Click the link provided in the email to access LVP on a mobile device.
