You can capture the phone and device details like the device's model, make, firmware, and MAC address that will help you configure a phone to the PBX system. You can download a log of all the configured devices in the PBX system.
The Phones and Devices section contains the following options:
Devices: You can add new devices and view the list of existing configured devices. When configuring a new device, you must have specify a device name, MAC address of the device (provided when purchasing a device) Device type, firmware,
Firmware: You can add the Firmware file and specify the device type, release date, and description.
Make/Model : You can specify the device make or model, and choose the firmware template.
Log : You can download the log, you have an option to specify the log details before downloading the template.
