The Legacy Do Not Call (DNC) feature provides a Daily Account, Permanent Account, Daily Phone and Permanent Phone DNC editor that ensures entries are scrubbed during campaign build time. 

Uploaded campaigns are compared to the DNC list at the time of building. Entries manually added to a DNC list post-build are compared to phone/account numbers that have yet to dial using the Active Scrub feature enabled for all clients.

Legacy DNC functionality does not support the E.164 international phone number format.
