When you no longer require a user role, you can delete that user from the LiveVox Portal (LVP). Only Sysadmin and Superuser roles can delete other user roles.

If a user is associated with a business unit as a manager, you cannot delete that user. If you a user is associated with a business unit and you wanto to delete that user, assign a new user as a manager for that business unit. To verify if a user is associated with a business unit as a manager, go to Configure > Services > Business Unit. For more information about business unit, see Managing Business Units.

To delete a user:

  1. Select the target user from the User table. Use the Role drop-down filter if required.
  2. Click the Delete icon at the end of the row.
  3. In the Confirm dialog window that appears, click Yes.
Deletions cannot be undone.
