The customer profile report contains information about the customers (including visitors) who engaged with the bot.
Generating the Report
To generate the customer profile report:
On the All users tab, in the table, click Export. The Export data window containing your email address appears.
You can add the email addresses of the customers with whom you want to share the report.
Click Generate Report. An email with the following subject line is sent to you: Your report is ready. This email contains the option to download the customer profile report.
The name of the downloaded report has the following prefix: users-report.
Report Data
The following table describes some of the columns that appear in the downloaded customer profile report for a given customer.

Id
System-generated ID assigned to the customer.
Username
System-generated name assigned to the customer.
Display Name
Display name of the customer.
Status
Status of the customer (active or inactive).
Country
Country in which the customer is located.
US State
State in which the customer is located, if their country is the United States.
City
City in which the customer is located.
Time zone
Time zone of the customer based on their location.
Device Type
Type of the application that the customer used (for example, Web).
Device Model
Browser or service that the customer used (for example, Firefox 89.0 or WhatsApp).
Operating System
Operating system that the customer used.
App Version
Version of the app that the customer used.
Carrier
Carrier that the customer used.
Apps
LiveVox Bot account that the customer used.
Segments
Segments to which the customer belongs, separated by hyphens.
Uploaded Content
Link to automatically download the content uploaded by the customer during bot conversations.
Goal Completions
Bot goals that the customer completed, separated by hyphens.
